Flavia, an Italian national based in Brussels and Rome, is a Senior Adviser with over 12 years of experience on Environment and Climate policies. Flavia joined our team to support cloud providers and data centres operators across Europe to meet climate neutrality goals. Her experience spans from leading teams, to conducting negotiations at EU and UN level and managing portfolios of partnerships in Development and Transition countries. Prior to joining EI, she has served as Attaché and participated in the EU Council’s Working Party on Environment (WPE) for inter-governmental negotiations on the EU Environment and Climate policy. As head of office for a German MEP, Flavia she has advised on policy negotiations in the European Parliament's ENVI, INTA and ITRE Committees. She has also lead the Brussels office and the Environment Cluster of an international consultancy firm providing strategic advice about the impact of EU policies, working with experts from academia, business and the public sector. Flavia is fluent in Italian, German, English and Spanish, and has working knowledge of French.
